Hearts boss Valdas Ivanauskas says no decision has been made on Laryea Kingston.
Hearts boss Valdas Ivanauskas has revealed that he will know by the end of the week if the club will be able to sign Laryea Kingston.
The Ghana international is keen on securing a move to the Scottish capital and is currently holding talks with Hearts.
Ivanauskas says talk of a deal having already been struck is premature, but expects the picture to be clearer by the end of the week.
"There are still a few things to work out before Laryea can join us," Ivanauskas told the club's website.
"We should know before the end of the week but he is not on trial."
Ivanauskas is hopeful Robbie Neilson will make a swift recovery from a knee operation.
The defender is expected to be out of action for six weeks, but Ivanauskas is hopeful he will be available for selection in around a month.
"Robbie could be out for four to five weeks but hopefully he will start back running in three weeks so maybe sooner," stated Ivanauskas.
