Skacel's form has alerted a number of clubs to his possible availability, but the player's British representative Eliot van Til insists he will remain at Tynecastle until the summer at least, as there is no get-out clause in his contract.
"Rudi is contracted for the full domestic season with Hearts from Marseille," van Til told the Scottish Daily Mail.
"There is no anticipation whatsoever that he would leave in the January transfer window.
"Come the end of the SPL season, Hearts would then have the option of talking to Marseille about a fee for a permanent transfer."
