Hearts star Rudolf Skacel has revealed that he has put forward Slavia Prague's Karel Pitak as an option for the Edinburgh club's midfield.
Skacel has become an instant hit at Hearts, who have moved to the top of The SPL after a scintillating start to the season.
Skacel is a match shy of equalling Henrik Larsson's record of scoring in the opening six games of the league, and has used his new found good grace to recommend a friend for a role at Hearts.
"[Hearts] have asked me about Karel and I put in a good word for him," admitted Skacel.
"That was after I said a good word for Mical Pospisil and he played well and scored - so they are joking that I would be a good manager!"
Skacel insists that his first choice is to keep winning rather than making personal records.
"People in Edinburgh have been talking about [Larsson's record] a lot, but my priority is to win and remain at the top of the table.
"We started well in the first match, which is always important and, of course, we have a good team.
"The whole of Scotland is surprised with our start - nobody expected it."
