Marc Fitzpatrick's last-gasp goal booked Motherwell's spot in the final of the CIS Insurance Cup following a 3-2 extra time win over Hearts.
Hearts battled back from two goals down with two late strikes in the last five minutes forcing the game into extra time only for Fitzpatrick to win it with almost the last kick of the game.
Motherwell looked set for an easy passage into the final after racing into a 2-0 lead thanks to goals from Stephen Craigan (20) (pictured) and Richie Foran (78 penalty).
Hearts refused to lie down and pulled a goal back five minutes from time with Mark Burchill netting his first goal for the club.
They then forced the game into an extra half hour thanks to Hjalmar Thorarinsson's 90th minute equaliser.
The game looked set to come down to a dreaded penalty shoot-out only for Fitzpatrick to win it for Motherwell with a dramatic last-gasp winner.
Terry Butcher's outfit will now face either Rangers or Dundee United in the final.
