De Graafschap have told three players they will not be with the club next season.
Dave Bus, Ard van Peppen and Kevin Sissing have all been informed that they will not be featuring next term.
Bus is currently on loan at Aberdeen but he will not be handed a contract extension by the Doetinchem outfit.
Director of football Han Berger stated that Bus would not fit in their wage structure.
"Actually his contract didn't fit in the salary structure of the club," Berger told De Gelderlander.
"With this contract he should be one of the key players, but the last two seasons he has hardly played.
"I have formally taken this step. If I wouldn't have cancelled the contract before April 1, it would have continued by law."
One player arriving at De Graafschap is FC Volendam midfielder Abdelhali Chaiat - who has agreed a three-year contract.
