Elgin chairman Graham Tatters has been fined £1,000 for his part in the Rangers ticket fiasco.

The Division Three club sold too many tickets for last month's meeting at Borough Briggs, forcing the game to be postponed.

The Scottish Football Association has already fined Elgin £25,000, and Tatters has now been sanctioned following a disciplinary hearing.

A fine of £5,000 was handed out, with £4,000 suspended for the rest of the season.
