Hutton moves to First Division side on three-month loan

First Division side Partick Thistle have completed the loan signing of Rangers midfielder Kyle Hutton. The 20-year-old has moved to Firhill after seeing a proposed deadline day switch to Sheffield United fall through. Partick have now swooped for Hutton on a three-month loan as the youngster looks to accrue first-team experience. Hutton made 14 appearances for Rangers last season, which included UEFA Champions League starts against Manchester United, Bursaspor and PSV Eindhoven. The Scotland Under-21 international made his debut for Gers in the club's opening fixture against Kilmarnock and is now in line to face Ross County on Saturday after going straight into manager Jackie McNamara's squad. "We are delighted to report that manager Jackie McNamara has been able to add to his squad with the signing, on a 93-day loan, of Rangers midfielder Kyle Hutton," read a statement on the club's official website.
