Rangers boss Walter Smith has been successful in his pursuit of Alan Gow after The Gers confirmed the Falkirk striker has signed a pre-contract agreement.
The 24-year-old has long been linked with a move to Rangers and the Glasgow giants had a number of bids rejected by Falkirk during the January transfer window.
Falkirk were determined to retain the services of Gow until the end of the season and he will now see out the campaign with The Bairns before moving to Ibrox on a free transfer in the summer.
Gow successfully came through a medical on Thursday and is happy his future has been clarified.
"I am pleased to sign a pre-contract with Rangers," he told The Gers' official website.
"However, I am fully committed to playing for Falkirk between now and the end of the season."
