Motherwell have clinched the double defensive signing of Steve McDonald and Brian McLean as the transfer window draws to a close.
Well manager Terry Butcher has been hit by an injury crisis at Fir Park and has moved to strengthen his squad with the duo.
Centre back McDonald joins from Australian side Sorrento and has agreed a short-term deal until January.
20-year-old McLean has joined from SPL champions Rangers on a season-long loan and can operate in central defence, at right back or even in midfield.
