SFA compliance officer Vincent Lunny has charged the defender with violent conduct "by striking an opposing player, namely John Baird, with his elbow" during the Hoops' 2-0 victory at Dens Park in the SPL on Boxing Day.
Centre-back Wilson has until 3pm on Monday to respond to the charge with a Fast Track Tribunal set to take place on 3 January if he opts to challenge the ban.
Wilson could then face an extended suspension if any appeal proves to be unsuccessful.
