Celtic boss Neil Lennon has revealed the club are planning to appeal against Daniel Majstorovic's red card in the 1-0 win over Inverness.
Majstorovic was given a straight red card for a foul on Jonny Hayes in what was deemed as preventing a goalscoring opportunity on the hour mark.
Lennon was unhappy with referee Steven McLean and his assistants over the decision and the overall performance of the match officials.
Beyond me
"I am going to speak to the club about it and see if there is grounds for appeal," said Lennon.
"I thought he got the ball. How the linesman could give it is beyond me and there were some very inconsistent decisions out there today. I think both sets of coaching staff were unhappy with the performance today.
"But I don't think the referee got much help from either of his linesmen. We were told that the linesman gave it, whether I am wrong on that I don't know.
"You (media) have been making a lot of the decisions that have gone for us in the last couple of weeks, it will be interesting to see the reports on that one."
Unlucky
Hayes, who spoke to Majstorovic after he was sent off, admitted the red card was harsh, feeling he got some of the ball in the tackle.
"I just said to him he was unlucky to be sent off," revealed Hayes.
"My immediate reaction was to get up and get back in shape. It's hard to tackle without contact.
"I thought he got the ball but I'm not sure what the cameras will show.
"We have had those decisions go against us a few times this season and it's not nice."
