Polonia Warsaw are set to launch a bid to bring Celtic goalkeeper Lukasz Zaluska back home to Poland.
The 28-year-old was dropped by Celtic earlier this season after some less than favourable displays.
His present deal runs until 2012 but the form of on-loan Newcastle 'keeper Fraser Forster means he could be on the bench for the forseeable future.

This has given Warsaw club owner Joseph Wojciechowski some hope that a deal can be concluded.
"We are interested," he told
The Daily Record.
"I heard that the Scots want 500,000 Euros for him, but I cannot say any more as I have not started negotiations."
Zaluska has been frozen out the team following his below-par performance during Celtic's 4-0 defeat in the Europa League against Utrecht in August.
Bid
Celtic boss Neil Lennon is said to be weighing up a bid for Coventry's Kieron Westwood and already has USA stopper Dominic Cervi on the books.
It is believed he would seriously consider a bid for Zaluska if one was tabled, with the player himself venting his frustration at his lack of action.
"Sitting on the bench doesn't satisfy my ambitions," he was quoted as saying in his homeland.
"If I was 21 years old I could accept this but I'm 28 now and I want to play."
