Sochaux chairman Jean-Claude Plessis has again ruled out the possible sale of Celtic target Guiranne N'Daw.

The 23-year-old is holding talks about extending his contract and Plessis is adamant he wants to keep hold of the defensive midfielder.

Plessis insists N'Daw and fellow prized assets Valter Birsa and Dusko Tosic will not be leaving the club.

"We have received a lot of offers for him, but there is nothing to talk about," Plessis said of N'Daw's situation.

"I can't see why Guiranne would join a club like Celtic and it is the same situation for Valter Birsa and Dusko Tosic."

N'Daw has also dropped on the radar of Lyon - but Plessis shunned their interest too.

"During a meeting at the end of last season, chairman Jean-Michel Aulas talked about that to me. But I refused," he said.
