Celtic defender Gary Caldwell hopes to be back in action for The Bhoys before the New Year.
The Scotland international is currently on the sidelines after undergoing minor knee surgery.
The former Newcastle and Hibernian stopper sustained the knock against Inverness and it was feared he could be out of action for at least two months.
However, Caldwell is confident of being fit quicker than expected and thinks he could be back on the pitch inside a month.
"I'm a pretty good healer so hopefully I'll be back quicker than people think," stated Caldwell.
"I've been playing pretty well and the team were going really well.
"It's been a disappointing time to drop out with the Manchester United game and the other big games coming up.
"Hopefully I'll be back in time for the New Year."
