Dunfermline trio Lee Makel and Derek and Darren Young will be given until the end of the week to prove their fitness ahead of Sunday's CIS Cup final.
Darren Young and Makel both missed last weekend's 1-0 win over Aberdeen with foot troubles whilst Derek Young was forced off during Saturday's match with what the club fear could be a recurrence of a hernia injury.
All three have travelled with the squad to their training base where the club will assess their fitness before the game with Celtic.
"We'll not know for a few days what the situation is with the injured lads," said assistant-manager Craig Robertson in the Daily Record.
"But Derek and Darren Young and Lee Makel are with us at St Andrews and they've all got a chance of making it back in time for Sunday's game at Hampden.
"We should have a better idea of where they're all at come the end of the week.
"The boys are training Thursday, Friday and Saturday so we'll leave it until then before making a decision."
