Stefan Johansen is feeling settled at Celtic and has no intention of pushing for a move any time soon.

The Norway international was taken to Parkhead in January, with a £2million fee securing his services from Stromgodset.

He helped Celtic to the Scottish Premiership title in 2013/14 and has made an encouraging start to the current campaign.

At 23 years of age, it has been suggested that Johansen will look to take another step up in class in the not too distant future.

He has refused to rule out another switch at some stage, but claims to be happy in Glasgow at present and is enjoying working under fellow Norwegian Ronny Deila – a coach he also enjoyed success under at Stromgodset.

Johansen said: “Celtic is one of the biggest clubs in Europe, although the league might not be the best.

“As long as I feel I am making progress, I have no other plans. I am really enjoying the city.

“Ronny is also doing a fantastic job for us. He is focused on the progress of the club.”
