Ross County manager Derek Adams has completed his second capture of the summer in the shape of Dutch winger Darren Maatsen.
The winger has moved to Scotland from Excelsior and will join fellow new recruit Melvin De Leeuw in Dingwall for County's second season in the top flight.
Adams said: "I am delighted to have signed Darren. He is a quick and skilful player who will suit our style of play next season."
County finished fifth in their debut season in the SPL but have since lost Iain Vigurs and Paul Lawson to Motherwell, while a question mark still hangs over Richard Brittain's future.
The County stalwart signed a pre-contract agreement with St Johnstone in January but has since reportedly signed a new extension at Victoria Park.
