Ross County boss Derek Adams was full of compliments as his team eased to a 2-0 win at strugglers Dundee.
Paul Lawson and Gary Glen were on target late on to secure the spoils and they rose to seventh in the SPL and almost erase any fears of relegation.
Adams said: "We're delighted with the end result. It's never easy coming to Dens Park and getting three points so all credit to the players.
"We're now only five points off second top and 18 points away from the bottom. It's a good night all round for the club. We've gone above Dundee United and Kilmarnock which is a massive boost.
"We're not relaxing though because we just want to keep winning as many games as possible and see where it takes us. I thought we troubled Rab Douglas a lot more than Dundee troubled Mark Brown which probably tells you how the game went.
"We have to keep taking each game as it comes and see where it takes us but I couldn't be any happier with thew players. They showed a great attitude again to get what they deserved."
