Michael Nelson has followed Liam Kelly out of Kilmarnock after signing with Capital One Cup semi-finalists Bradford City.

The 32-year-old moved to Rugby Park from Scunthorpe United in January 2012 and made his debut in our League Cup semi-final win over Ayr United at Hampden Park.

Kelly moved to Bristol City last week and played alongside Nelson in the club's historic 1-0 victory over Celtic in the final of the competition.

Nelson was also involved in league wins at Rangers and Celtic Park in 2012 which saw him win every match he played in Glasgow with the club.

He made 41 appearances for Kilmarnock in all competitions before joining the Bantams.

English compatriot Rory Boulding has also left the club.

Boulding, 25, signed a three-year deal in the summer but has struggled to make an impact for the first team, making only four appearances this term.
