Dundee manager Barry Smith insists his side remain positive despite their poor start to the SPL season.
The Dark Blues sit rock-bottom of the table with just four points from their nine games - but Smith is staying upbeat.
"We always knew it wasn't going to be easy. Everything that's happened hasn't come as a shock,'' he said.
''This is the reality of our situation. We know how difficult it will be but we've got tremendous belief in the dressing room that we can get through this and come out the other side a lot happier.
''Nobody's happy with results but being negative in the dressing room won't bring positive results. Working on things through the week, as we do every week, will help.
''It's an old cliché but the players are feeling as bad as the fans. As a professional player you want to win games. You can't be happy with the way we're playing because we're getting beat.
''They're giving everything but the games we're losing aren't because of shape or anything like that. It's down to individual errors."
