Rangers defender Ross Perry has pledged his allegiance to the club and insists he will remain at the club even if others leave.
Bill Miller's bid for the struggling club is emerging as the preferred one but it involves creating an incubator company, while Duff and Phelps aim to take the club out of administration via a CVA.
PFA Scotland chief executive Fraser Wishart said last month he believed players may be able to quit for nothing under a 'newco' scenario.
Contradicting
However, the Scotland Under-21 international wants to see out his contract with Rangers.
"I've heard a few things and people seem to be contradicting each other" he said.
"But I've got three years left on my contract and fully expect to be here."
One player who will definitely not be at Ibrox is Sasa Papac, who revealed he will be ending his six-year association with the club when his contract expires in the summer.

And Perry is aware that there could be more big-name departures this summer.
"Everyone is in their own position and some of the boys are out of contract and would be leaving anyway," he added.
"I personally just need to concentrate on myself and I'm looking forward to coming back and enjoying next season at Rangers."
