Boss praises duo after win

Phil Parkinson says the return of senior players Simon Ramsden and Michael Flynn helped Bradford win at Torquay over the weekend.

Defender Ramsden returned to the side after recovering from a broken toe and Flynn made his comeback following long-term illness. Both players started their first game in 2012 as Bradford halted Torquay's seven-game winning run. "We are slowly getting our players back up to full fitness and back in the team now and I do feel that our best 11 is a match for any side in this division," said Parkinson. "Ramsden and Flynn being back adds an extra mentality to the team. You can sense their presence in the dressing room and during the game. "The more strong and experienced players you can have in your side the better. I thought those two, among others, were excellent."
