League One club move for free agent striker

Skysports.com understands a number of clubs are chasing former Inverness Caledonian Thistle striker Eric Odhiambo. Odhiambo is available on a free transfer after seeing out his contract at Inverness at the end of last season. The 22-year-old, who joined Inverness in January 2009, scored four goals last season in 18 appearances, including the equaliser in the shock 1-1 draw with Rangers at Ibrox. The former Leicester man's availability has alerted a number of clubs south of the border with an unnamed League One club tabling an offer.

Confirmation

Odhiambo's agent, Clive Hart, has confirmed several sides are keen on signing his client and that the player is weighing up his options. "I am aware there are a number of clubs keen on signing Eric," Hart told skysports.com. "One League One club have made an offer and other teams are ready to make offers. "Eric will wait to see what offers come his way before making a decision on his future."
