St Johnstone have signed Hearts winger Arvydas Novikovas on loan until the end of the season.
The Lithuania Under-21 international moved to McDiarmid Park after Saints released striker Steven Milne and allowed Scott Dobie to join Bradford on loan.
The 20-year-old has made eight appearances this season but the return to fitness of Andrew Driver and Suso Santana was set to limit his chances.
Saints boss Derek McInnes said: "It has been something that has been in the pipeline for a few weeks. I'm grateful to (Hearts manager) Jim Jefferies for his help.
"He will give us balance and pace and is also under 21 so that's three boxes that he ticks.
"I'm sure he will help us here and we hope he enjoys himself and, when he goes back to Hearts, he is an improved player."
