Youngsters Nick Ross and Graeme Shinnie have both been offered new contracts by Inverness.
Defender Shinnie and midfielder Ross, both 19, are poised to sign full professional contracts, according to the SPL club.
Manager Terry Butcher expects the young duo, both products of the club's youth development system, to put pen to paper in the coming days.
"I've asked a lot of both youngsters but they have shown excellent talent, attitude and confidence at SPL level," Butcher told the club's official website.
"They fully deserve the offer of new extended contracts and, after discussions with their parents, I am very optimistic both will put pen to paper.
"It's gratifying to see young players progress this way and Nick and Graeme have very bright futures if they continue to apply themselves as they have been doing."
