Lennon swoops for free agent winger
Celtic have bolstered their midfield options with the addition of free agent winger Olivier Kapo.
The SPL giants have announced a press conference at 1pm this afternoon where Kapo will be unveiled as the club's latest acquisition.
The former Birmingham and Wigan man was a free agent after leaving the Latics and has now joined Celtic, subject to receiving international clearance.
Kapo, 30, spent the last six months of last term on loan with Boulogne after falling out of favour at the DW Stadium.
The Ivory Coast-born midfielder, who also had a spell with Juventus, cost Birmingham £3million in June 2007 and won nine caps for France.
Kapo has signed a short-term contract and he is delighted to join the SPL giants.
He told the club's official website: "Celtic is a wonderful club and I will be trying to get to my full power as soon as possible to work for Neil Lennon and the team."
