Striker agrees permanent deal with Larissa

Hull City have confirmed Daniel Cousin has left the club to join Greek side Larissa on a permanent basis. Cousin spent the second half of last season on loan at Larissa and has opted for a return to the club after rejecting interest from other teams. Cardiff City had been linked with the striker, but the Gabon international is happy to have secured a move back to Larissa. "I am very happy to return there," the 33-year-old told skysports.com. "My ambition is to play for the next three seasons and play in the African Nations Cup being organised in my country. "I had other contacts in the Championship and in France, but I decided to return to Larissa for next season and, from there, we will see what the future has in store for me." Cousin joined Hull in 2008 from Rangers and scored five goals in 33 appearances during his time at the KC Stadium.
