Goalkeeper Jonny Tuffey has completed his signing with Inverness Caledonian Thistle on a two-year deal.
As revealed by skysports.com earlier on Wednesday Invernes have won the race for the Northern Ireland international
The 23-year-old was a free agent after his Partick Thistle contract expired, leaving him free to join the Scottish Premier League newcomers.
And Caley Thistle boss Terry Butcher says he is thrilled to secure the Northern Ireland international's signature.
"I'm delighted the lad has penned a two year contract as he is certainly a talented keeper whose best is yet to come," Butcher told the club's official website.
"Ryan Esson is number one at the moment but Jonny's here to put Ryan under pressure, to challenge for a place and to develop as a player.
"With Max Johnston, the 19-year-old we signed from Newcastle United, we now have three very good goalkeepers, which is excellent for the squad going forward."
Butcher added: "We're running the rule over other players and we could have another couple of signings over the next week or two."
