Hibs boss chasing ex-Plymouth striker

Hibernian manager John Hughes has confirmed he is keen to bring back former loanee Alan Gow to Easter Road. The 27-year-old striker spent much of the second half of last season with the SPL club, making seven league appearances. Gow had been contracted to Plymouth for another season, but has now been released by the club, making him a free agent. Hughes has been keeping close tabs on Gow's situation and, while he is looking to bring him back, no talks have taken place. "I would love to get Alan back but no talks have taken place," confirmed Hughes. "There has been a lot of work going on at the stadium and it may mean I have to shuffle the pack a bit to try and bring in Alan or anyone else."
