Inverness defender David Proctor has called on the club to keep faith with Craig Brewster despite their poor of form.
Brewster has seen his position come under scrutiny following their slide down the table which sees them sitting one place above the bottom on goal difference.
Proctor has pleaded for patience from the board as he believes changing managers will not help the club get out of their current predicament.
"I don't think any knee-jerk reactions would do the club any favours," Proctor told the Daily Record
"Other teams go through bad spells throughout the season so I don't think sacking the manager is the answer.
"With the kind of run we're on, it does knock your confidence a bit when things start to go against you. But we know deep down it will turn for us eventually."
