Inverness duo Ian Black and Michael Fraser have snubbed new deals at the club.
Black and Fraser have joined Don Cowie in rejecting fresh terms with the Highlands outfit.
All three players are out of contract in the summer and could leave on free transfers at the end of the season.
Inverness director of football Graeme Bennett remains confident of agreeing new deals with the players.
"We would have preferred to tie up these lads earlier in the season but they have been open with us," Bennett told the Daily Record.
"The agents of both players knocked back our initial offers but dialogue is continuing and, hopefully, a compromise will be reached."
Bennett revealed he plans further talks with Cowie's agent in a bid to keep him at the club.
"Don Cowie has made it quite clear his agent will speak to us shortly and he has said that since the beginning of the season," added Bennett.
"I would love to give every player what he wants but we have to try to work within our budget.
"We will continue to try to keep Cowie and Black at the club. They are key parts of the team."
