Don Cowie is ready to sign a new contract at Inverness Caledonian Thistle after being linked other SPL clubs.
The midfielder impressed for Caley Thistle last season after joining the club from Ross County.
Reports have claimed that Aberdeen and Hibernian are both ready to make a summer bid for the 25-year-old.
Cowie is unaware of any interest and has suggested he would be happy to extend his current deal at Inverness.
"It's nice to be linked with teams like Hibs and Aberdeen, but you get used to things being written or said and take it with a pinch of salt," said Cowie on the Press and Journal. "I know nothing of it.
"Inverness have spoken to my agent to say they'd like to get in contact with me about a new contract.
"I've loved my time so far at Caley Thistle. I have another year on my contract here and as far as I know I'll be playing for the club again next year."
