Rangers assistant manager Ally McCoist is not worried about speculation linking Allan McGregor and Carlos Cuellar with moves away from Ibrox.
Goalkeeper McGregor and big defender Cuellar have been instrumental in Rangers' pursuit of an unprecedented quadruple this season.
Their performances have not gone unnoticed, with Newcastle credited with an interest in Cuellar and Tottenham linked with a move for McGregor.
McCoist is not bothered by the rumours and says the speculation is a compliment to the form of the players.
"Allan has been fantastic for us this season and hopefully that will continue," McCoist told the Daily Record.
"He is a big player for us and has made some great saves over the season. It is always a compliment when there's speculation about your players.
"Cuellar is another who has being doing well. Hopefully the speculation will continue."
ChallengeMeanwhile, McCoist has challenged Rangers to go to Celtic this week and end their SPL hopes.
Celtic rekindled their slim title hopes on Sunday with an emphatic victory over Motherwell to set up this Wednesday's Old Firm meeting at Parkhead.
McCoist is targeting a victory on Wednesday to finally see off Celtic's challenge.
"Celtic had a good result winning 4-1 but it is important we don't lose the vision that we can go and win the game. People keep saying that if Celtic can win the two games against us they can do this and that," added McCoist.
"The fact of the matter is this - we can go and win the game and if we do that then we can put a massive dent in their title hopes and that's what we plan to do.
"No I wouldn't be happy with a draw at the moment. I want to go and win the game. When you start looking at draws that is when you get beaten. You would have to say we are massive, massive favourites if we win that."
