Barry Ferguson, Lee McCulloch and Christian Dailly will miss Scotland's friendly with Croatia on Wednesday.
The Rangers trio have been forced to withdraw from George Burley's first game as Scotland coach due to injury.
Scotland captain Ferguson has pulled out of the squad to face the Euro 2008 qualifiers due to an ongoing ankle problem.
Ferguson visited a specialist last week and the midfielder has delayed an operation on his ankle until the end of the season.
Veteran utility man Dailly has been ruled out of the Croatia game after breaking a bone in his toe during Saturday's 2-1 win over Hibernian.
McCulloch aggravated a thigh problem in that match and will sit out the international friendly at Hampden Park.
However, Rangers are hopeful that all three players will recover from their knocks ahead of this weekend's Old Firm derby with Celtic at Ibrox.
