Young Lithuanian winger warned he must clean up his act

Hearts assistant Stephen Frail has raised concerns over Lithuanian midfielder Saulius Mikoliunas' temperament. The 23-year-old winger, who was handed a two-match ban for his country by diving to win a penalty against Scotland at the start of September, has now landed himself in more hot water. He was was sent off following two yellow cards in an outing for the reserves against Falkirk on Tuesday. On both occasions he reacted to heavy tackles during the 3-0 win for the Edinburgh side, and Frail has admitted the youngster still needs to mature. "He will need to learn because there will be a lot worse when he plays in the first team," Frail told the club's website. "You can understand that I am a bit cynical about the attention he is getting." Hearts head to Kilmarnock on Saturday meanwhile, looking to revive their ailing campaign so far.
