Tactical shift helping - Morris

Winger Ian Morris credits a change in formation as one of the main reasons for Torquay's recent revival in League Two.

After failing to win in eight matches in September and October, the Gulls have now taken all three points from four of their last five outings in the league. Morris told Press Association Sport: "We've switched the shape from 4-4-2 to 4-3-3 and it seems to suit all the players down here. "It's not just down to that, though. There have been a lot of new faces and it's a case of now everyone is clicking together. "We've started to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the player next to you and that helps you work together as a team."
