There have been suggestions that Rosenior is on borrowed time at Plainmoor, but Torquay chairman Mike Bateson has jumped to the defence of his manager.
"Dismissing Leroy and bringing in a new person is clearly at the top of most people's agenda, but it is not yet on mine and, let's face it, most of the managers looking for work are doing so simply because they've failed at other clubs," Bateson told the club's official website.
"We have brought in the new players and it would be ridiculous to now bring in a new manager who most likely would want to change them.
"Leroy learns as much from our defeats as he does from our victories and we can expect to see him changing it around again until the time comes, and I don't believe it is far away, when everything gels."
Meanwhile, Torquay have extended the loan deals of Anthony Lloyd and Ian Stonebridge, while Paul Robinson's contract has been prolonged by a further month.
