League Two leaders Hartlepool will aim to recover from surrendering their 23-game unbeaten run to all-but guarantee promotion on Easter Monday.
Danny Wilson's side had taken 61 points from a possible 69 before Saturday's defeat to Barnet, but if results go their way on Monday then only goal difference will be able to prevent them from winning promotion.
If Hartlepool win at home to Accrington Stanley and fourth-placed MK Dons lose away at Shrewsbury, then the leaders will enjoy a 12-point cushion over the play-off places with four games to go.
Walsall and Swindon Town are aiming to underline their own promotion credentials when they play Hereford and bottom club Torquay respectively.
The struggling Gulls are lagging seven points behind Wrexham and Boston United - who play at home to Notts County and Macclesfield - and desperately need to start picking up points if they are to avoid demotion to the Conference.
Boston United v Macclesfield Town - (Home 5/4 Draw 9/4 Away 7/4)
Boston captain Paul Ellender returns from suspension but Steve Evans will wait to name his team as he monitors the fitness of a number of players.
Paul Ince has no new injury concerns and Jamie Tolley and Matthew Tipton could both return after suffering from a virus.
Skysports.com prediction: 0-1
Bristol Rovers v Bury - (Home 4/5 Draw 12/5 Away 11/4)
Paul Trollope's Pirates are missing defender Ryan Green (calf) and Joe Jacobson could join him on the sidelines after picking up an injury on Saturday.
Bury are without any new injury worries as Brian Barry-Murphy (hamstring) and Chris Brass (groin) miss out again.
Skysports.com prediction: 2-0
Darlington v Lincoln City - (Home 11/8 Draw 11/5 Away 13/8)
Darlington boss Dave Penney has choices to make in defence as David Wheater and Ian Miller have both departed after the end of their loan spells. Tim Ryan is also injured so Kevin Burgess could come in.
Defender Adie Moses could return for Lincoln, although Nat Brown is suspended. Lee Frecklington is an injury worry after being withdrawn during the 0-0 draw with Stockport.
Skysports.com prediction: 1-1
Grimsby Town v Wycombe Wanderers - (Home 11/8 Draw 11/5 Away 13/8)
Grimsby are likely to be without defender Nick Fenton due to a knee injury.
Paul Lambert is to resist any changes in his team as he aims to secure Wycombe a play-off spot in League Two.
Skysports.com prediction: 1-1
Hartlepool United v Accrington Stanley - (Home 2/5 Draw 11/4 Away 13/2)
Micky Barron and Anthony Sweeney both require late fitness tests for Hartlepool, but Ben Clark could return for Danny Wilson after missing the defeat to Barnet due to illness.
David Brown is still suspended for Stanley, but the strugglers do have Leam Richardson back after the completion of his own two-game ban.
Skysports.com prediction: 3-0
Peterborough United v Mansfield Town - (Home 8/11 Draw 5/2 Away 3/1)
Posh boss Darren Ferguson has no new injury concerns but Alan White could be in line for a recall.
Mansfield have Jonathan D'Laryea (ankle), Jake Buxton (knee), Jon-Olav Hjelde (calf), Stephen Dawson (hamstring) and Giles Coke (knee) in the treatment room, but striker Billy Conlon is expected to be recalled in place of Danny Sleath.
Skysports.com prediction: 2-1
Rochdale v Barnet - (Home 10/11 Draw 9/4 Away 5/2)
Rochdale are likely to be missing Nathan Stanton (hamstring) and Lee Crooks (ankle), meaning Mark Jackson and Simon Ramsden should feature at the back.
Paul Warhurst could miss the rest of the season after suffering a groin injury, joining Andy Hessenthaler, Ian Hendon and Adam Gross on the sidelines for The Bees.
Skysports.com prediction: 0-0
Shrewsbury Town v MK Dons - (Home 5/4 Draw 9/4 Away 7/4)
Shrews boss Gary Peters is without defender Ben Herd (ankle), but has four fit strikers at his disposal and has a selection dilemma up front.
Jamie Smith (ankle), Aaron Wilbraham (ankle) and Paul Mitchell (broken leg) remain on the sidelines for Dons, but manager Martin Allen has no new fitness worries to contend with.
Skysports.com prediction: 0-1
Stockport County v Chester City - (Home 8/13 Draw 13/5 Away 7/2)
The Hatters are missing striker Liam Dickinson due to suspension so Adam Proudlock will deputise.
Chester boss Mark Wright could recall Phil Bolland as the defender has completed a one-game suspension.
Skysports.com prediction: 2-1
Swindon Town v Torquay United - (Home 2/5 Draw 3/1 Away 11/2)
Promotion chasing Swindon have failed to score in two games, so manager Paul Sturrock will bring his son Blair into the starting line-up.
Bottom-of-the-table Torquay welcome Lloyd Kerry back from a hamstring injury, whilst on-loan Plymouth winger Ryan Dickson is also available.
Skysports.com prediction: 2-0
Walsall v Hereford United - (Home 4/9 Draw 11/4 Away 11/2)
Richard Money will name an unchanged side as Scott Dann (metatarsal), Par Cederqvist (back) and Ian Roper (knee) remain sidelined.
The Bulls have Tim Sills unavailable due to suspension, but Graham Turner's squad are fighting fit with only Martyn Giles currently in the treatment room.
Skysports.com prediction: 3-1
Wrexham v Notts County - (Home 11/8 Draw 11/5 Away 13/8)
Struggling Wrexham will recall Steve Evans, but Danny Williams is currently suspended and will miss the visit of The Magpies.
Notts County have a full squad to pick from as they travel to Wales in search of a fourth win in a row.
Skysports.com prediction: 1-1
