Robert Grant and Peter Murphy have been handed new one-year contracts by Accrington.
Midfielder Grant and defender Murphy have been troubled by injury this season but they are still held in high regard by manager John Coleman.
Coleman is delighted to have secured the two teenagers and hopes they will have successful careers with the club.
Coleman is also keen for Accrington to improve on a 16-placed finish in League Two when the 2009/10 campaign gets underway.
He told the Lancashire Telegraph: "Two of the young lads have accepted, so hopefully we're formulating the basis of what will be a decent squad for next season."
