Former Leeds man to link up with Crawley
Sky Sports understands Crawley are lining up a move for former Leeds defender Ben Parker.
Parker is looking for a new club after leaving Leeds earlier this summer.
The 24-year-old, who came through the youth ranks at Elland Road, was released after seeing out his contract with the Whites.
A number of clubs have expressed an interest in Parker, but League One new boys Crawley are hoping to win the race for the full-back's services.
He is set to link up with the Red Devils for training and if he impresses he could win a deal at the Broadfield Stadium.
Parker found first team opportunities hard to come by at Leeds last season, making just one appearance in the 3-2 Carling Cup win at Bradford City in August.
