Tope Obadeyi has spoken of his delight at extending his loan stay with Shrewsbury until early next year.
The Bolton forward arrived at the Greenhous Meadow a month ago and has impressed in six starts and one substitute appearance, so much so that manager Graham Turner on Wednesday opted to prolong his stay in Shropshire until January 8.
And that is something Obadeyi, 21, is extremely happy about. He told Shrews Player: "The gaffer asked me if I wanted to stay here for another month and straight away, hands down, I said 'yes, definitely'.
"I'm enjoying my football, I've been playing and the team's doing really well so I'm happy to stay for another month.
"So far, so good. I've played seven games - won the majority in the league, unbeaten at home in games which I've played in - so I'm enjoying every minute and hopefully the team can continue their form and we can do well into the Christmas period because the games come thick and fast."
