Former Bayern keeper looking to impress Eriksson

Leicester City are to take former Bayern Munich goalkeeper Michael Rensing on trial for a few days. Rensing has yet to find a new club since leaving Bayern over the summer after his contract with the German champions expired. The 26-year-old is to link up with the Foxes for training this week and manager Sven Goran Eriksson is keeping an open mind regarding a possible deal. "He is coming here. It is only on trial and nothing is decided yet," Eriksson told the Leicester Mercury. "A lot of agents are ringing to ask if their players can come on trial." Meanwhile, Eriksson also confirmed some players are set to leave the Walkers Stadium on loan deals. He added: "We are talking to two clubs regarding Tom Kennedy and maybe one or two others will go on loan."
