Michael and Rory Boulding have agreed deals with Mansfield.
Older brother Michael, 30 (pictured), confirmed earlier in the week that he would be keen on re-joining The Stags from Rotherham.
Teenager Rory has now also agreed a switch to the League Two side, with both transfers set to be finalised within days.
Mansfield boss Peter Shirtliff is excited about what both brothers can offer to the club, although he views Rory more as a long-term prospect.
"Rory is one for the future and I see him as up and coming," Shirtliff told The Stags' official website.
Michael is likely to be just as hungry for success, after returning to football in March following a 12 month 'retirement' from the game.
"Michael is more experienced and he will definitely be a good addition to the squad," said Shirtliff.
"He realised that he retired too early. You normally only get one shot at it and he probably regrets taking a year out but he has kept himself fit."
