Chester City have parted company with Ryan Lowe.
Lowe only joined Chester 12 months ago when he was snapped up from Shrewsbury Town.
The 27-year-old had an impressive scoring record for The Blues, bagging 17 goals in 38 starts.
However, the player and club agreed to the mutual termination of his contract - which was due to expire at the end of the season.
The decision came shortly after Lowe and former team-mate Michael Branch had a training ground bust-up.
