Edgar Davids hopes to be fit to return for Barnet on Saturday - but admits he is not a guaranteed a place in the starting line-up.
Head coach Davids has missed the last two matches with a shoulder injury and watched from the sidelines as the Bees picked up an impressive 2-0 win over Bradford last weekend.
The Dutch legend expects to be fit for this week's trip to Rotherham but, just like any other player, he knows he will have to win his place back.
"I think I can be part of the group on Saturday," he said.
"But I still have to work my way into the starting XI because that's how we do it. Everybody needs to work themselves in."
