Barnet striker Izale McLeod is aiming to quickly add to his goal tally after bagging a brace on his full debut.
The 26-year-old former MK Dons and Charlton player, who had appeared just three times off the bench since joining on a free transfer in September, hit both goals on Saturday as the Bees secured a much-needed 2-0 win over Accrington.
McLeod, who has been plagued with injury problems over the last few years, told this is Hertfordshire: "I want more goals for Christmas. I'm feeling fine and 100 per cent. It's been a long time not playing and I just want to be out on the pitch again. Hopefully I can stay injury-free and carry on scoring goals.
"I was really pleased with the two goals and a win, but just playing football again is a real buzz for me. It's been a tough couple of seasons, but I'm back to the stage where I'm raring to go.
"I'm enjoying my time at Barnet and I just want to help them climb the table. I just want to play football first and foremost."
