Barnet duo Dean Sinclair and Nicky Bailey are both attracting interest from the Championship.
A string of impressive displays from the duo have seen the scouts flooding to Underhill.
The midfielders have been with Barnet since 2004 and they both played a major part in their promotion back to The Football League in 2005.
Sinclair (pictured) moved to Underhill from Norwich City, while Bailey was snapped up from non-league Sutton United.
The pair together have started over 200 league games between them for The Bees and they are emerging as two of the most highly rated players in League Two.
London sources claim Derby County, Preston North End, Sunderland and Cardiff City have all been monitoring their progress in recent weeks.
While secure in mid-table, Barnet would be loathed to lost either player, but they will already know that they will not be in a position financially to reject a decent offer.
