Barnet goalkeeper Ross Flitney looks set to leave Underhill on loan.
The 22-year-old has lost his place to veteran keeper Lee Harrison this season and Bees boss Paul Fairclough has now made him available for loan.
Fairclough told the club's official website that he had agreed with Flitney the course of action should be taken as "the best thing for Ross."
Flitney is now hoping to get an immediate loan move with a view to a permanent transfer in January.
35-year-old Harrison, who was brought into the Barnet squad this summer to mentor Flitney, established himself in the side when the youngster tore a disc in his back in pre-season.
