Barnet have signed Mansfield Town striker Adam Birchall on loan until the New Year.
The former Arsenal trainee heads to The Underhill Stadium after falling down the pecking order at Field Mill.
The 21-year-old will remain with The Bees until January 2 and is sure to fill the void left by the departure of Tresor Kandol to Championship side Leeds United.
The Wales Under-21 cap is delighted to get a chance at moving closer to London with Paul Fairclough's side.
"Signing for Barnet on loan has given me a new lease of life and I am looking to getting some first-team football and to start scoring some goals," Birchall told Barnet's official website.
"I didn't realise it would be this hard moving away from home after leaving Arsenal and I am looking forward to enjoying my football again."
