Notts County have announced the signing of versatile defender Scot Bennett on a two-year deal.
The 24-year-old, a former captain at Exeter, had come to the end of his deal with the Grecians and will stay in the fourth tier after making 141 appearances for the only club he has played for. "This is the right club to be at, they're a massive club and hopefully we can get the promotion they want and climb again," said Bennett. "I've always wanted to get to the top and if this club can push on and do what I think they've got the potential to do, that will be a massive thing for me."
